The Conversant Ad Quality Guarantee Offer applies only to eligible new campaigns at applicable standard Conversant CPM rates with a minimum spend of $100,000 in a 30-day period where the Ad Quality Guarantee offer, including these terms (or a hyperlink thereto), is included on insertion order for the campaign. Campaigns run pursuant to a Full Platform Service Order or similar terms of Conversant’s full-service CRM programs are not eligible for this offer. Offer is not available retroactively to completed or in-progress campaigns. Applies only to impressions that are reported by Integral Ad Science (IAS). All ads pursuant to this offer must contain an IAS pixel for measurement of brand safety, viewability, and fraud, and IAS scoring shall be the sole measurement of brand safety, viewability, and fraud for purposes of this offer. Offer is valid only for a limited time and may be revoked or canceled by Conversant at any time in Conversant’s sole discretion. For each impression that is served and that fails to satisfy any one of the three “Brand Safety,” “Viewability,” or “Fraud” offer terms as set forth herein, Conversant shall provide make-good impressions to advertiser pursuant to the terms of the applicable offer. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, make-good impressions will only be offered for a failure to satisfy the terms of one of the three “Brand Safety,” “Viewability,” or “Fraud” offer terms and not solely for failure to meet the advertiser’s KPI. Make-good impressions pursuant to this offer must be used by advertiser on its next campaign within ninety (90) days of their issuance.
Brand Safety Guarantee Terms: For any impressions served on a web page scored by IAS as “High Risk” or “Very High Risk,” Conversant will provide make-good impressions to advertiser in the amount of four (4) impressions for every one (1) impression served on a “High Risk” or “Very High Risk” web page.
Viewability Guarantee Terms: For any completed campaigns with a total viewability score of less than 50% as measured by IAS, Conversant will provide four (4) make-good impressions for portion of campaign with viewability score of less than 50%, For example, if campaign with 1,000,000 impressions served had overall viewability score of 49%, then Conversant would provide 40,000 make-good impressions to advertiser, calculated as 1% (viewability percentage below 50%) * 1,000,000 delivered impressions * 4.
Fraud Guarantee Terms: For any completed campaigns with a total fraud score of greater than 0.99%, Conversant will provide four (4) make-good impressions for portion of campaign with fraud score of greater than 0.99%. For example, if a campaign with 1,000,000 impressions served had an IAS measurement of fraudulent traffic at 1.5%, then Conversant would provide 20,400 make-good impressions to advertiser, calculated as 0.51% (fraudulent percentage above 0.99%) * 1,000,000 delivered impressions * 4.
